Beef is always a good bet. Especially when you concoct a tasty, spicy delight. Enchiladas for example look good, smell good and if your family is anything like mine, it's always a good call to serve them for lunch or dinner.
I tend to use a good quality beef, and of course, FHALL Low Carb flour tortillas, because let's face it, why waste such a scrumptious dish with less than the best ingredients.
