Keto Scottish Shortbread Recipe

The wonderful smell of Shortbread, the granddaddy of all butter cookies, reminds me of my grandfather who never failed to bring a tin of Walker's shortbread and a bottle of Stones ginger wine to welcome in the New Year. This Keto Shortbread recipe is as delicious as the original, and it's also Gluten-Free. Unfortunately, I haven't quite got the ginger wine worked out, but watch this space.
