Ice Cream is pretty much the go-to dessert. Everyone loves it. You can make it in advance, It goes well with lots of other desserts like hot chocolate brownies, rhubarb crumble and so many more. And it is perfect to serve it on its own, especially for the children. 

I always like to keep a couple of flavors in the freezer.
